I've reduced my Metformin now to 1 in the morning and 1on the night and feel a lot better and I haven't had to take my Gliclaizide at all this week as my sugar levels have been okay, ill see what I'm like next week and I hope ill get no side effects from my Semagultide (Ozempic). which I've taken this morning.

Glad your changes seem to be alleviating your unpleasant symptoms @BigBuzz 🙂

Hopefully you can maintain your much-improved BG levels, depsite the slight reduction in meds.
