Hi Quovadis, welcome to the forum.

It's great that you've found us! Feel free to share a bit more about you such as what led to your diagnosis and how long since you've had the diagnosis?

One of the good things about the site is that it can be a helpful way of keeping track of your progress so do let us know what you HbA1c numbers were and what plan you're on to manage your BS numbers.

We've got a wealth of info so if there's anything you need help with just let us know and we'll be happy to assist.
