Hi, My name is Sugar-hai. I was diagnosed with type two diabetets about five years ago, i am new to this forum.

Hi Sugar-hai, welcome to the forum.

Glad that you've found us! Have you had a recent check up that provided you with any details from your GP such as your HbA1c test results?

We've got a wealth of info on the site so feel free to share a bit more about yourself and ask any questions you may have.

Welcome to the forum @Sugar-hai

How have you found it over the past 5 years?

Do you take any medication for your diabetes? Or are you managing your blood glucose levels with diet and exercise?

Is there anything you find particularly difficult or confusing?
