Relationship to Diabetes

Hi everyone, I was diagnosed 2 years ago and started on Ozempic injections a year ago. I lost 3 stone on it , then went into hospital with sepsis and my blood sugars rocketed. I am now on 0.5 mg a week. I put 2 stone on when I was ill . Anyone else on this medication and feel it’s not working so good ?
 
Were you on steroids when you were ill ? - as they frequently cause weight gain. What actual NHS help have you been offered to get that weight off?
