Recently diagnosed with prediabetes and trying to reverse same via diet and exercise. Lost 4lbs last 2 weeks. At first it was hard cutting out my favourite foods at first, but thankfully my body is adjusting to low carb diet. Trying to exercise(walking) most days. I have enrolled on NHS Diabetes Prevetion Programme.
 
Hi @Poppynoodle ! Sounds like you've made a great start. Hope your course is good. Sounds like you have a supportive GP practice? Great that you have been identified at the pre diabetic stage. Good luck!
