Hi @eddie1414 and welcome to the forum 🙂 Have you been recently diagnosed? I'm a relative newbie as I was only diagnosed last April and have learned so much from this forum over the last few months. Any questions, just ask away. There will always be someone who knows the answer!
 
hi Vonny i've been diagnosed 20 years have changed my lifestyle a lot over the years, reading are pretty good at the moment, at last reveiw in october 2020 were 48 so all ok at the moment, see your figures are brilliant keep it up, Eddie 1414
