Hey guys, hope you’re all doing well in these difficult times.
I’m new on here so just popping up to say hello x

Hi Bird 06 welcome to the forum.
Do you have any questions?
There are lots of experienced people in here, but although we are experts in our own diabetes, we can't give specific medical advice.

Hello @Bird 06
Welcome to the forum.
If you have a browse around you will see that there are many and varied topics being discussed,

Is there anything in particular that you are interested in or have any questions about?
Best wishes

Hi, thanks for the reply 🙂
I’ve been Type2 for about 5 years now and my sugars have spiked out of the blue and was recommended to join for some advice & tips on how to get them under control again?
Thanks 🙂

Hi, thanks for the reply 🙂
I’ve started to have a little nose around and it’s been helpful with a few questions I had.

Hello again @Bird 06
Please can you tell us a little more about a few things. What were your Blood glucose readings, and what have they spiked at?
Are there any things that you have changed that might have caused this e.g.. change to eating pattern, change to exercise, additional stress?
How do you usually control your diabetes - medication? dietary plan?

There is a lot of knowledge available on the forum, and we will do our best to help you find a solution.

Welcome to the forum @Bird 06

Glad you have found us!

Lovely to hear that we were recommended to you. Hope we can help with any questions, frustrations and conundrums you are facing! 🙂
