At risk of diabetes
hi im new to this site I’m 43 and I’m at risk of developing type 2 diabetes. I am looking for advice and information
 
I have a blood test and was at the nurse yesterday who told me to watch what I eat and lose some weight that’s all the advice I got

Yeah I had a HbA1c test first time it was 45 3months later it’s 47 was told when it hits 48 then I will have diabetes
