Hello Broxiebear and welcome to the forum. Are you able to tell us what happened to you today? If we can be of any help to you we will be happy to. Nobody will try and tell you what to do but will certainly offer advice that you may wish to take and if you have any questions again we are all ears!!

Hi @Broxiebear and welcome to the forum! How much do you know about a ‘good’ diabetic diet? Carbohydrates are the thing to reduce to help you get things under control, you will find loads of helpful information here so take some time to read back, ask any questions you might have and you will get support from us all to help you. Your wife is also welcome to join us for some advice or ideas to adapt eating habits if she is the one that plans and cooks your meals :D
