Hi - I'm new to these forum thingies. Being Type 2 and loving food, finding it tricky to say 'no' to food when its around! Hoping somebody has some helpful tips....
I was diagnosed three years ago, and in the first year lost weight, gave up sugar completely - i.e. no sugar at all for three months, and brought levels down to almost normal. Not on medication and hoping to do it with diet and exercise. I'm creeping up again - obviously having no sugar at all isn't a good idea! Well - the start of a new year may see me conquer it again! Onwards and upwards X
