Welcome, we are all here to help you so do keep asking and read as much as you can. It took weeks for my numbers to come down so be patient. Testing before you eat and 2 hours after is also key to learn what your body will or won’t tolerate. Fruit is sadly off my food list, even the berries spike me right up, recently I started eating two small apples a day as I miss fruit so much, thought I would be fine now things are ‘under control’, but my numbers immediately jumped back up :( on the plus side though, I’m enjoying a range of stir fried veg & meat, salads, omelettes, bacon and eggs....it’s not all bad 😉
