Hi
I am wondering if anyone has a good website - shopping to buy foods that are low sugar and low carb - any help/pointers are much appreciated.

thanks

Andrew

Hi Andrew, welcome to the forum🙂🙂 Don't have a website fr you as I just shop at ordinary shops. What I would recommend is getting a couple of books about Low GI (glycaemic index food), or low GL (glycaemic load) eating out of the library or off amazon. This type of food releases glucose at a slower rate and is therefore better for keeping levels better controlled. Armed with this knowledge you can then have greater flexibility over your menus!
