Hi Julesbee how are you ? welcome to the site, are you on diet/exercise or have you gone onto medication, Dont be afraid to ask anything anytime we will be here to give food advice and support x

A very warm welcome...

...from all of us!

You'll be full of questions, greatly perplexed and thoroughly down in the dumps - if my own experience is anything to go by.

Well, this is the place to be! You couldn't be amongst a better group of people - and here's the best bit: not only do you get moral support, you get practical advice that is absolutely invaluable.

So - ask away - no question is trivial nor ridiculous!

Hi Julesbee, welcome to the forum.

Hi Julesbee

I am new to the forum too! And I am really glad I found it.
Already I feel more supported than I have in the last ten years as a T2.
People here know what they are talking about.
So as others are helping me, I will help others too....

The best book when you are new is 'The First Year T2 Diabetes' by Gretchen Becker. It contains loads of information in bite-size digestible chunks and gives you real answers to things.

Best of Luck🙂
