Hi, I'm new to the site, have had IDDM for 20 plus years now. Not feeling well this week with a shivery/achey/cough type virus so trying to manage my BMs has been a challenge! No appetite whatsoever but had ketones this mprning so need to sort myself out

Welcome to the forum. Yeah I've just had a nice dose of freshers flu and a nice little bacterial infection after that so I've been totally messed around for the past month or so. Damn blood sugars.

Feel free to ask anything but seeing as you've been on the good old insulin for two decades you'll more likely than not be putting young ones like me in my place 😉
