Relationship to Diabetes
Parent of person with diabetes
Hi I am a parent with a 13 year old son who has type 1 diabetes. He was diagnosed 3 years ago in February and has been on an omnipod pump nearly a year. This has improved his quality of life and his Hba1c is improving slowly. This seems a great site for help and advice and as I have been an outsider for so long, I have at last took the plunge to join.

Greets Snuggs.

As a new member, self, can vouch for the perspicuity of the advice here, surpassed only by the perspicacity and caring perspective of members. 🙂

You swallowed a dictionary, Lurch?

Welcome to the forum, Snuggs.

Lots of people here who are parents of teenagers with diabetes or were themselves teenagers with diabetes, who have grown up to be happy & healthy adults with diabetes.

Welcome to the forum!
