Welcome! I am new but been here long enough to know you will get lots of helpful messages soon - this is a great friendly helpful group to belong to !

Hello Junie, welcome to the forum. How long have you been diagnosed? Are you on any mecidation? Have you been given any constructive advice about diet? Or just left to stew like a lot of us?

There isn't really a set of rules to follow on the forum. If you have a specific question, just add a thread like you just did to introduce yourself. If you're reading another thread and have something to say, post a reply. Simple as that!

what to do??

I have found this to be the most helpful and friendly source of help and information -- anything you want to know ask -- someone has the answer -- or know where to find it. if you want to raise any other issue or comment on anything else you can do so just look at the headings and read what is there and go with the flow

Hi am new here don't know what to do here really.

the good news is you are in the right place, ask anything you think you need to know, no one will think its a daft question, I knew/know nothing but everyone goes out of there way to help you, oh and welcome to the forum 🙂

Junie, Hi !

I've been diabetic a fair bit longer than you and you know what?

I learn something new nearly every day, and still ask lots of questions too.

So don't be embarrassed; if it's bothering you, whatever it is, spit it out and get stuck in !

Hi Junie, I have been diabetic type 2 for over 13 years, and this year has been a new learning curve for me. There's no daft questions with diabetes, its not a one answer that fits all. We are all different and diabetes treats us all differently.

Welcome to the forum 🙂
