Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Hi to all.
I have had type 2 diabetes for around 2 years.I work on the post and have
been happily married for just over 1 year.

How do you manage your diabetes at the moment? Anything in particular you struggle with? Or do you have any top tips for things that really help you? :D
 
HI
At present I take 2 metformin each day and have a simvastin in the evening.I deliver post on foot to a very hilly area and so try to stay fit.

I was diagnosed just after Christmas 2011 after feeling and being sick very often.I mentioned to the Dr I have a family history of Diabetes and so was sent for blood tests with the result being I had type 2.😱
