Hi

I have been diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes 14 days ago. Yesterday was my 14th day and I now take Metformin 500mgs 2x daily. 2 question, 1 is a foods effect stomach cramps? 2, what is a good recipe book and is there a list of good foods medium food and bad/not so good foods too eat.

The web server seems to be reporting erroneous failures - or its got hiccups.
I found the easiest way to do low carb was to avoid high carb foods and low fat versions - but to eat anything else.
