Tested pos for type 2 10 days ago so looking forward to reading tips n tricks.

What tips and suggestions which are appropriate for you will depend on how far into the diabetes zone you are and that will be indicated by your HbA1C result, it will be a number above 47 mmol/mol as that is the threshold for diagnosis, also if you have been prescribed any mediation as what may be a suitable approach may depend on that.
