Hi everyone I've just joined this site hoping to find some great hints and tips from other members Have a great day!
Welcome to the forum, people are always willing to share their experience of what works for them but because because everybody is different it might not work for you. You will get ideas for what to try which will hopefully help you.
So people can make appropriate suggestions a bit more about how you are managing your condition would help. How long have you been diagnosed, what is your HbA1C as that will indicate where you are at on the diabetes scale and do you have any medication or managing with diet only. Do you have weight to lose as doing that if needed should help reduce your blood glucose levels.

Welcome to the forum @GottaLoveMissPiggy (are you watching the Electric Mayhem rockumentary??)

How long have you been diagnosed?

Do you take any medication to help with your glucose management?

Have you been given the result of your HbA1c? Which can help you see what your glucose levels have been doing over the past 3-4 months.
