Hi All,

Just a hello from me as a newcomer, I am 50years old and went from prediabetic to diabetic about 18 months ago. Having buried my head in the sand for a while my last A1C had climbed to 70 so I am now working hard to get my blood sugar under control and lose weight..

Hoping to get some tips and help from this group.

Chris.

Hi @Chris1573 and welcome to the forum. You have cleared the first hurdle by recognising it is time to act and setting out to do something. What approach are you using and have you set any goals?
