Would you like to say a bit about how you manage your condition, diet, medication, do you have weight to lose and what your latest HbA1C is as that will help people make appropriate suggestions.
What works for one person may not be suitable or work for others.
Sometimes things can have been going quite well but something changes in the way the body is responding and additional measures may be needed, sometimes just tightening up on the diet by reducing carbohydrates or a change of medication may be needed.
If you have any questions then ask away.

It certainly can be relentless, and it’s a pretty thankless task trying to make adjustments in order to reduce potential future risks, because the best net result of all your efforts is that nothing happens.
