Hi, I'm new to the forum. I'm at risk of Type 2 diabetes and I'm also a researcher interested in the psychological needs of people with Type 1 diabetes who have given birth. Hope to learn more about all types of diabetes on the forum 🙂

Hi Rosa and welcome to the forum! What was your HbA1c result if you don't mind sharing? You've come to the right place if you're looking to learn more about diabetes!

Hi Maria! So I'm at risk of T2D due to an extensive family history of it and my doctor told me my HbA1c of 41 was heading towards pre-diabetes. This was a while ago now and have made some lifestyle changes which have helped but continue to be concerned due to my family background. It's also a lot of information to take in!
