Relationship to Diabetes
Hello,
I'm not diabetic and insulinoma has been ruled out but I'm experiencing hypos mid morning (reactive hypoglycaemia maybe) which is worse when I have a larger than usual breakfast e.g. when I'm on holiday.
So what are good choices from the breakfast buffet? Also what are the worst things I could choose? I'm a veggie so that may complicate things a little.
sorry if this is a stupid question but I've been through some old posts and can't find the answer so if it is there please tell me where to find it.
🙂

From what I understand, one of the suggested treatments is to go low(er) carb.

What I tend to do from breakfast is have some nuts (usually walnuts, but occasionally pecan or cashew) mixed with some yogurt.

I'm not sure what type of vegetarian you are, so not sure if yogurt is ok for you. Although there are Soya based yogurts

Although it depends on the sort of place you are going if they have those sorts of things at the breakfast buffet. Somewhere that tailors to continental tastes possibly would.
