Yes i did the Oviva 1 year weight loss / maintenance program - worked well for me - seems like a long time ago now though - getting on for nearly 3 years - I still have the App - still look back on it now & again too!
...Still In Remission as well!
Best of luck to anyone who is either about to start it or part way thru - there seems to be a few variations but all with the same aim....
