hi, ive been type 1 diabetic for 13years, i am on an insulin pump and have just found out im pregnant after attending the diabetic pre conception clinic for 2 years.🙂
 
Welcome and congratulations. There are sections for Pregnancy and Pumping, but not a specific combination Pumping in Pregnancy section, but there definitely are members in both categories, either now or recently. How did you find the pre-conception clinic advice / support?
 
the pre conception clinic was invaluable, if not hard work at times, it just goes to show there is light at the end of the tunnel!!!!!!!!

Hi Heli33 welcome and congratulations - you must be absolutly thrilled. There a number of expecting mother and new mothers on here and a number currently TTC. You will be able to gain so much and share so much. x
 
Congratulations! I am type 1 and have had 2 good pregnancies resulting in normal weight healthy baby girls each time, although I inject so can give no advice on pump issues. Hope all goes well for you, hard work but SO worth it.

Hello welcome to the forum, and congratulations on your pregnancy. How far along are you? Have you had any scans yet? I am also type 1 and currently 32+4.

How are you feeling? Have you got any morning sickness? I also went to a preconception clinic before ttc. It was such a frustrating time, waiting to be given the go ahead to start trying, but very helpful also.

I am on MDI not a pump, but feel free to ask me any questions.
