Hi Mark and welcome to the forum, though sorry you've had to join!
There is a lot of advice available here. No one will judge you and no question is considered stupid 🙂 I feel very supported with my T2 here.
What is your hba1c and what (if any) medication are you on?

Welcome to the forum @TheStruggles

Sorry to hear you are finding things difficult :(

Are they bearing your anaemia into account with your monitoring? Anaemia can make HbA1c unreliable, and sometimes an alternative test called Fructosamine is used instead, which doesn’t involve red blood cells.
