Hi Majella, welcome to the forum 🙂 Don't worry, there's lots you can do to improve your blood sugar levels and hopefully avoid getting a full diagnosis. I'd suggest that you start living as though you do have diabetes - improving your diet and increasing your activity levels is something everyone should try and do, but often it's only when they get the kick from a diagnosis that they take action 🙄

Have a read of Maggie Davey's letter so you can understand better what diabetes is all about, and let us know if you have any questions or concerns - we'll be happy to help! 🙂

Welcome to the forum.🙂

Hi Majella, you’re in the right place. Lots of lovely supportive people who will offer the benefit of their experience or just a listening ear if you need it.

Hello Majella, welcome to the forum 🙂

If you're 'only' prediabetic you could reverse the diagnosis by keeping to low carb eating and sensible portion control.

Hello Majella

Welcome to the forum.

Sounds like you’ve not had too much info from your Drs yet. Feel free to ask questions here while you wait for any follow-up appointments and info to come through.
