Hi I’m new here. I was diagnosed with Type 2 end September 2021 and have been mudi g along on my own. I’ve done keto (until it raised cholesterol slightly) now low carb but struggle some days. I’ve lost 6st 4lb in weight over a year with 2 stone more to go. Any advice on foods would be welcome as I tend to eat an evening dinner then some plain yogurt or a few nuts. What breakfast is good (no eggs, I’m fed up with them)
