Newbie bloods and submission

Hi all,

question for you all I was diagnosed in April with LADA and had a HbA1c of 99+ went down to 77 on sukkarta blood sugars a little up and down.
My question 1 is, is their a point or number you reach for it to go into submission? I know it can’t be cured. Question 2 does anyone else use the sensor freestyle Libre 2???
Thanks in advance, I am new and still trying to work all this out as have other health issues as well it’s fun being me.

Libre is not usually prescribed for other than insulin treated diabetes - however if you can afford it yourself, there's nothing to stop you - though it is much cheaper to invest in a finger pricking device and testing strips to go with it, and there are a couple of meters which people on the forum have found pretty accurate and reliable. We can also suggest a testing regime which will help you to recognise whether the food you eat is assisting you treat your diabetes or hindering that.
