Hi, i have been feeling really unwell, i have bad headaches, nausea, feel dizzy and very very tired. Is this the norm?

It sounds like you are coming down with something and in which case those symptoms would be normal for any number of minor illnesses....

how is the diabetes holding up...?

can you get to the GP?

How long have you been feeling like this...?

i have been feeling like this on and off for the last 3 months, i thought was a virus at first but now not so sure, i am linking it to untreated diabetes, i am borderline at the moment but i think i am going downhill.

I only had extreme tiredness, thirst and insomnia but everyone is different. You could have a virus or it could be diabetes. Do you test your blood glucose levels?

at the moment i dont, but i am investing in a monitor, i also suffer from insomnia but been going on for so many years i forget i have it.......thank you for reply, im going to get a docs appointment.

It's best to get the doc's opinion, shirley1234, as it could be a number of things. I felt like that before my high blood pressure was diagnosed.

Welcome to the forum, by the way 🙂
