HI to everyone, first time in the forum. I am the mum of 14 year old girl with type 1 diabetes, diagnosed last august. Having huge problems with rebellion, not wanting to test blood sugar. Anyone else with same problem, advice would be gratefully received. Thanks x

Hi there and a warm welcome to the forum, theres a great parents section on here and the amazing parents on here will help you out everytime....I know from my perspective as a 28 year old type 2 I rebel at times when it comes to testing I want to throw the towel in on many occasions it just becomes to much at times. Are you aware of CWD thats Children With Diabetes its a website for parents its brillaint also.

Hi jackgard. Welcome 🙂

I was diagnosed at that age but didn't do the rebellion thing, which I think probably makes me more the exception. You'll find plenty on here who did and can offer support. 🙂
