hiya Ian

I would be interested to hear how ur getting on with the insulin..... I was diagnosed 19th Jan this year and have been told i need insulin therapy within the next few weeks.. and im scared..............not sure why though.. it isnt the needles... doc has given me a taster of the pens and how to change the needles and talked about dosages etc.. i think it may be the fact that i will see myself as ill or that other ppl see me as ill.... i dont know!

There are many many very helpful ppl on here and I know that i have learnt a great deal in such a short space of time!
