Hi iam new
Welcome to the forum.
Would you like to say a bit about yourself as it helps people to answer any questions you may have and give appropriate suggestions. This might seem like the third degree but only answer if you are happy to do so.
How long have you been diagnosed.
What was your HbA1C.
Are you on any medication
Do you have weight to lose.
Are you following any specific dietary regime to manage your diabetes.
Sorry about all those questions but do fire any back if you are in need of help with anything.

Welcome to the forum @Kezascott70

So glad you have joined us 🙂

We are a friendly bunch, and we are all just stumbling our own ways through the diabetes maze, getting caught in the dead ends, and sometimes going around in circles… but it can really help to have others alongside who are walking the same pathways.

How have things been over the years since your diagnosis? Has your diabetes changed much? Or is it still pottering along kuch the same?

Do you take any medication? Is weight loss something you find difficult, or have you had success with various strategies in the past?

Hi @Kezascott70
I'm a staff member at Diabetes UK, welcome to the Forum. They're a very knowledgeable supportive bunch on here, and happy to share what they know. I usually work with phone enquiries and signpost to information on our website. But always seem to learn something new when on the forum. Wishing you all the best. Michelle
