Been diagnosed three months ago with a a1c of 67, and very over weight . Just got my 3 months test results in and I’m so very proud smashed all the tests.a1c is now 37 and 4st 9lbs lighter. Seeing nurse next week to Discuss the results and to see where to go from here

Fantastic results! Well done!

Brilliant!

Truly excellent result. Well done. I bet it took some effort and resolve to get there too.

Wow, well done Helen. You must be very, very, proud, and rightly so. Out of interest, and to maybe help others who are also trying to lose weight and bring their level down, how have you achieved such an impressive reduction in your weight and test result? Have you also been on medication or is it through diet and exercise alone?

Fabulous result. I am in awe of your determination @Helen72

lots of walking between 17-19 thousand steps a day
