Can someone tell me the best fruits and berries to buy with type 2 please

The usual advice is to avoid anything tropical (including bananas). Berries are good. Do you know what your HbA1C was when you were diagnosed? That will give a clue as to how much you’ll have to change.

Raspberries, strawberries, blackberries, most people find good, blueberries in moderation. Things like apples, pears, melon and peaches are ok in moderation for many people but portion size is important. Pineapples, bananas, grapes and dried fruit are no go areas for a lot of people so unless you can test to see if they are OK for you it is better to avoid them.
