Hi Merry Christmas everyone. I've now nearly completed my first six month as type 2 and my hb1ac results are due in January. My last ones came down from 110 to 36, I've cut my carbs and stopped eating rubbish and started to walk a lot. Whilst I'm happy and feel much better in myself i feel i need to put a bit of weight back on. Ive lost i would say three stone so am now about ten and a half, eleven stone. I do eat well but cant seem to put the weight back on. Does anyone have any tips for "healthily putting weight on, or anything healthy that will help weight gain.
