According to my last HBA1c test (june 2011) my HbA1c, when I was diagonsed was 7.9%, I just used the calculation converter, It would be 63 according to the new reading due to commence in October 2011. This D is strictly is on hand overwhelming but in an interesting way. On a posotive note, prior to diagnosis. I would presume the 'low-fat' options were the healthier ones - How wrong was I? I enjoy my walking again. Now to start a daily blog of my thoughts and ups and downs....that itself is a CHALLENGE!

Oh yes, most of the time "low fat" equals "high carb".

Good luck with your new blog 🙂
