.... and then we have another General Election and the new Government reviews Public Spending and we haven't even had an epi~ let alone a pandem~ ...... here we go again .....

It's all very well planning for the next pandemic. We already did that some years ago. There is a world of difference between planning and preparing. We did do the preparation after the last report, but all the preparations - the PPE and such like, went out of sell by date with no replacement. That was on this government's watch.

I hope that lesson has been learned. Don't be fooled by Matt Hancock selling this as new idea. He knows full well it's not.
