No, not the tick boxes we all suffer at our reviews, the fact that ticks could hold the key to banishing immune suppressants after a beta cell transplant. Early days, though (ie they haven’t started the research yet!)

Oxford: Scientists studying ticks to treat type 1 diabetes

A University of Oxford clinical trial aiming to use bugs to treat type 1 diabetes has been awarded funding.
