Relationship to Diabetes

A month ago, somewhere I got a link to fill out a questionnaire about diabetes, didn't think anything about it. Then last night one of the neighbours knocked on the door telling me I had a package and it turned out to be a new accu check mobile stabby thing with a cassette. Result!
