Relationship to Diabetes

Hi all just a quick hello from a newbie to the forums. Have been a type 1 diabetic since i was 11 (24 years ago) and yes i was one of those people who made it a battle, fortunately the years have been good to me and acceptance was my turning point. Hope to see a few of you on the forums ta ta for now 🙂

Welcome Chris! I think a lot of people neglect their diabetes at some point, I certainly did, you're in a good place now though by the sounds of it. This forum has been brilliant for me, I thought there wasn't much more I could learn but I learn something new all the time now, it has been brilliant for me. Hope to hear more from you soon. What insulins are you on?
