Type 2
Hi,

Recently diagnosed with Type 2 and still struggling to take it all in. Have good days and bad, but hoping to get to a stage where it evens itself out.

Hey @SJC64, it's great to meet you and welcome to the forum 🙂

I get it can be overwhelming when newly diagnosed. The forum is a great place to ask questions, get some support from people who are experiencing or have experienced similar struggles and feelings. So definitely ask away, it's a friendly group!

Hope on those bad days, you find ways to look after yourself and be kind to yourself. Is there anything you struggle with in particular or would like to ask a question about?

Diabetes UK also have a lovely helpline team, who'd be more than happy to have a chat with you. You can call them on 0345 123 2399 Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm

Welcome @SJC64 🙂 You’ll find lots of support here - plenty of friendly, helpful people so don’t be afraid to ask whatever you want or just have a bit of a chat or a moan.
