hi,just began semglee 7 weeks or so ago. started at 6.now at 24.once daily.nothing changed nothing.i was ok if i did not eat.i dont eat set meals ,i eat when im hungry and end meal when im full. but sometimes i can get up at 8am, test bloods then go to sleep and not eat while maybe 2pm.thats me. if im not hungry i dont eat because of not wanting weight gain.i have lost 6 dress sizes in two years and i have rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis and other problems ,so its not fickleness the weight thing, its just extra painfull on joints with extra weight and sod everyone else i do what ive found to be best fo me personally with my situation. im now taking semglee 24 units n now fiasp befor meals.i take 4 units because nurse did say just 2 per meal on sarnies etc but she aint seen size of sarnie nifillin i have.up to now 5 days into fiasp id say its lowering it abit. my bs was going from 7 to 24 some days after food now its only going to 15/17 ish at most. yesterday it floated between 8 to 14. was able to eat icecream too.....i dnt feel anything, no different. but i do get abit of gut ache when ive ate sweeter things.fiasp is supposed to be expensive ,one of the latest insulins n the fastest acting.only thing ive felt is when sugars are below 14
