Hi I am fairly new to using the Libre 2 sensor - approximately six weeks. I put in a new sensor tonight and I just can’t get it to scan. Help or advice please.
 
The first thing I would check is that I have not accidentally turned off NFC on my phone.
 
If it won’t scan, ring Abbott. They were really helpful and quick to send me replacements when this happened.
