We have the book people come to my office every month. Went along today and picked up a book called Low Carb Revolution, Comfort Eating For Good Health by Annie Bell. Recipes all look nice and easy and it tells you at the bottom what the carbs are in grams and the protein. I'm gonna try the chicken and red pepper traybake on Thursday. It was only £5 instead of the £16.99 rrp. I'll let you know what it was like Thursday night.

Just be warned Stitch - if it happens to be American they don't include 'Fibre' in the 'Carb' amounts, you have to add fibre and carb values together, to get to the UK equivalent number.

I think its an english book, i'll have a look when I get home.
