I understand about diet and exercise. Problem is he needs to put on weight as he lost a lot after a surgery. Noted about exercise...But my my worry is what to do now with these readings when you said it will still take time and when shall we need to ask help.
Yes, I take 2 metformin morning and again at night. I would suggest tracking progrwith a food diary so you can see which foods work best and which spike the blood sugar the worst. To avoid weight loss if that’s not what you want, then increase your good fats, butter, olive oil, full fat Greek yoghurt, walnuts and almonds. Add some double cream to your scrambled eggs or sugar free jelly....
