Hi. Are you newly diagnosed?

Hi Dukie and welcome.

Would you like to tell us a bit more about yourself and your diabetes, like how you came to be diagnosed and when and what insulin you are using? How are you managing it? It can be pretty tricky at first to balance insulin to food. I hope you have a good Health Care team and supportive family/friends. It can be pretty overwhelming for the first few months but the forum members are here to offer support, experience and advice when you need it so feel free to ask any questions you think of.

Hi @Dukie

Pleased that you have found this forum.
Are you newly diagnosed, or just new to forums.

Do ask any questions you have as there is plenty of experience on here, and loads of support.

Hello @Dukie

welcome to the forum. Sorry to hear about your diagnosis - how did it come about?

Lots of experienced T1s here, with decades of experience. Fire away with any questions you have, and you can bet that someone will have ‘been there, done that’ 🙂
