hi everyone i found out that i had diabetes a week and dont know what im doing
 
Go to www.diabetes.org.uk - that will give you a really good starting point about what you can do and what to expect. And ask lots of questions on here about whatever you need to know - these boards are a goldmine full of useful information and advice.

Oh how I know how you feel. After months of bumbling about I've found lo carb is the way to go. Just read up and research and test yourself to see how they affect you. It's beginning to work for me
