Welcome, Marsbar.🙂

Hi to you all. A big thank you for the very warm welcome.
I'll try and give you a bit more info about me.
52yrs old, T1 since early 1991, started on pork mixtard now on lantus/novorapid. That's the boring stuff.
Sense of humour? Dry/Very dry.
If you wish to offend me please do, I'm very thick skinned.
Spend time in the gym, cardio and weights, seems to help with the D.
Known as Scrooge or Grumpy old b****ard, except my granddaughter who calls me Bumps, she never mastered Grump's.
I don't quote reports from so called experts on diabetes, if I do say anything here it'll be from personal experience or information I genuinely believe to be beneficial.
I don't have diabetes, it has me. I'm the boss, yes it has it's days but I don't let it get to me.
I'm absolutely sh*t with technology, this post is at 20 mins already, if I fail to answer anyone, sorry but I probably think I have.🙂🙂🙂

A dry sense of humour, you'll do well here :D
